2. According to the law of “Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act”, smoking is prohibited in all indoor public areas, or may face a fine of NT$4,000 to NT$10,000. Smoking in the room will result in charges to the occupying guest for cleaning fee NT$2,000 and the cost of repairing if any damage caused.
3. Check-in Time: after 3 p.m. Check-Out Time: before 12 p.m.If check-out after of the check-out time, a charge of NT$400 per hour will apply. (The latest check-out time is 2 p.m.)
4. The guest is liable for the loss of room key (NT$400 per card).

7. All visitors need to register at the front desk and could ONLY stay in the room for 2 hours. NO visitors allowed after 23:00PM.
8. Pets are not allowed in the hotel's room.
9. The guests are prohibited to gamble, use drugs and disturbing the peace at the property. The authority will be notified if such behaviors occur. The hotel reserves the right to require a guest to leave with NO REFUND if he/she causes a disturbance or behaves in an unacceptable manner.
10. Please note that persons who catch infectious disease, make sure to notify the reception previously.
11. The guest should notify the reception immediately if feeling discomfort.

Taoyuan International Airport, Taipei- Cho Stay Capsule Hotel
■ CHO Stay is a capsule hotel. Guestrooms and bathrooms are shared.
■ Check-in Time: after 16:00; Check-out Time: before 10:00. You can keep your luggage before the check-in time.
■ OUR LOCATION: go to Departure Hall on the 3rd floor of Terminal 2 first. Take the escalator near the check-in counter 22 to 5th floor. You will see our hotel on the left. If your flight departs from Terminal 1, you may use Skytrian, shuttle bus and subway to get to Terminal 1 for free.
■ FOR TRANSIT/INBOUND PASSENGERS: our hotel is located in the non-restricted area of Terminal 2. You have to “Enter Taiwan” (with a visa if needed) before getting to our hotel.
■ CHILDREN POLICY: Only children over 4 years old can stay at our hotel. Children over 7 years old are considered adults and should book their own beds.
■ NO FREE toiletries or towels provided. You can purchase or rent them at the front desk.
■ No food or drink inside the guest room area (except water).
■ Keep quiet after 10 p.m. No talking on the phone, organizing the luggage or making noises in the guestroom area.
■ No safe or locker provided. Please keep your valuables safe.
■ Guests are liable for any damage and/or theft of the hotel property.
Hualien-Meci Hotel
1. Breakfast is not included in the room price and can be optionally purchased at front desk for NT$100/per.
2. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire hotel. Violators will be charged an additional cleaning fee of NT$2,200.
3. Guaranteed reservation and prepaid deposit: The hotel will charge the first night's room fee as a deposit to confirm the right to reserve the room and price for the online reservation.
4. All reservations must be made with a credit card or prepaid deposit to guarantee the reservation; all reservations without a credit card or prepaid deposit will be regarded as tentative reservations; if all reservations do not meet the above conditions, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation due to room demand. without further notice.
5. The hotel is open 24 hours a day, and the counter service hours are: 07:30~01:00. Check-in time is after 15:00 and check-out time is before 12:00. If you need to check in early or check out late, it will be subject to on-site room availability, and an additional charge of NT$200/hour will apply.
6. Our hotel is an **environmentally friendly hotel** promoted by the government. Only bath towels, hand towels, shower gel, and shampoo are provided in the guest rooms. All disposable supplies are charged by self-service in the lobby, and the proceeds are donated to Hualien environmental protection units, continued Bed sheets and towels will not be changed during your stay. If they need to be changed, only NT$100/room will be charged.
7. WiFi is provided throughout the hotel (free).
8. There are a limited number of private outdoor parking facilities (free).
9. There are a limited number of bicycle rental facilities (free of charge).
10. Other **free** service facilities: children's game pool, karaoke, SWITCH video game rental, and table games. (Except for the children's play pool, all other services are subject to on-site registration).
11. Equipped with coin-operated washing and drying equipment (washing machine NT$30, dryer NT$40, laundry balls NT$20, vertical garment steamer)
12. Passengers who are not booking **Cute Pet Room** are not allowed to bring pets into the room. Violators will be charged an additional cleaning fee of NT$600.
