Regarding to the Pre-authorization payment on your credit card, please allow us to explain:
the amount shown on your credit card has not been deducted from your account, it is a pre-authorization deposit for the sole purpose of securing your booking. The amount is in holding state and will be automatically returning to your account within a month time. You may still choose to pay the amount with your credit card or cash upon arrival.
